Delete Your Acush Account
If you wish to permanently delete your Acush account and associated personal data, you may request account deletion by contacting us.
How to Request Account Deletion
Please send an email to:
Subject: Delete My Acush Account
Include the following information:
- Full Name
- Registered Mobile Number
- Registered Email Address (if applicable)
After verifying your identity, we will process your request.
What Will Be Deleted
Upon successful verification, we will permanently delete:
- Your Acush account
- Profile information
- Login information
- Course progress
- Personal information associated with your account
What May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Purchase and transaction records required for accounting
- Security logs
- Records required to comply with applicable laws
Such information will only be retained for the period required by applicable laws.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are generally processed within 7 business days after successful verification.
